Tanner Street Park.

  • The Park is available for set up from 08.00
  • If you are using a vehicle for your stall, and require to drop off in Tanner Street, you must provide the Registration Mark as part of your application.
  • Tanner Street is no entry from Tower Bridge Road, therefore any vehicles which are used for set up must access via Crucifix Lane/Whites Grounds/Bermondsey Street/Tanner Street.  You must ensure that you report to the security barrier in Whites Grounds at 08.00 as there is a very limited time window for access.
  • Once you have removed your equipment please remove your vehicle from Tanner Street and out of The Festival area
  • All stalls must close at 18.30, and queues must be closed off at 18.15.
  • The music stage closes at 19.00. Please do not begin to remove your equipment until after this. No vehicles will be permitted to access Tanner Street until the stage has closed. Vehicles may queue in Whites Grounds from 19.00.
  • All stalls that sell alcohol must demonstrate full compliance with Challenge 21
  • All stalls that sell alcohol must have a personal licence holder on the stall at all times.
  • Where gas is used only propane is acceptable and you must have a gas safety certificate available for inspection.
  • Please remove your waste from the park to the controlled waste area in Tanner Street. All waste must be bagged and sealed.
  • Generators may NOT be used.
